This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the core principles we expect our suppliers to uphold in their interactions with us and their own business practices.

• Labor Practices: Suppliers must uphold fair and ethical labor practices, including respecting the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining, prohibiting child labor and forced labor, and ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for all employees.
• Environmental Sustainability: Suppliers must strive to minimize their environmental impact by adopting sustainable practices, such as conserving energy and water, reducing waste, and using eco-friendly materials.
• Anti-Corruption: Suppliers must not engage in any form of bribery, corruption, or extortion. They must have clear policies and procedures in place to prevent and address such activities.
• Conflict of Interest: Suppliers must avoid any conflicts of interest in their dealings with Shukrana Resort & Spa. They must disclose any potential conflicts to us immediately.
• Transparency and Communication: Suppliers must be transparent in their communication with us and provide us with accurate and timely information.

Shukrana Resort & Spa reserves the right to monitor our suppliers’ compliance with this Code of Conduct. We may conduct audits or request information from suppliers to assess their practices. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in the termination of a supplier relationship.
