Welcome to Shukrana Resort & Spa! We strive to provide our guests with a luxurious and relaxing experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 AM and check-out time is 12 Noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Rates

Rates are subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on season, date, and room type. All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bhim, UPI, GPay, Paytm) and debit cards. Cash payments are also accepted.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

Modifications to your reservation must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Any changes in dates or room type may result in changes to your rate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas of the resort. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

Pets are not allowed at the resort.

The resort reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are intoxicated or disruptive.

Any lost or found items should be reported to the front desk. The resort will hold unclaimed items for a period of 30 days before donating them to charity.

The maximum occupancy per room is strictly limited to the number of guests for which the room is booked. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

Extra beds are available upon request and for an additional charge.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or resort property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s account.

Housekeeping services are provided daily. Additional housekeeping requests may incur extra charges.

Spa appointments are recommended to be booked in advance to ensure availability.

Spa appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
